Coolant by oil. Offset tool holder! Chisel block QTF5101 must be replaced by QTF5309. Ø8 shaft aligned with machine "zero". Shank Ø5: Diameter of the mill : Ø22mm max. Width of mill cutter : 8mm max. Shank Ø8: Diameter of the mill : Ø45mm max. Width of mill cutter : 4mm max. Use the protection and motor from the tool holder U30B. A “Servo-Tuning” by FANUC is recommended. The first start of the tool holder must be made with the machine manufacturer CITIZEN CINCOM. |
